The center provides free services to pregnant individuals and families with children ages 0-18. The team includes therapists and community health workers who provide parent education and resource navigation, guided by an on-site program manager. 

The John Reed FRC in Rohnert Park provides eight core services to provide a robust array of services. These include case management, community service referrals, assistance with navigating systems of care, and behavioral health supports. Families can access immigration/citizenship support, parenting classes, and mentoring/coaching/leadership development opportunities for parents/caregivers. Families also have access to food/diapers/toys/clothing and basic needs.

The located at 390 Arlen Drive in Rohnert Park, opened in 2022. Operating Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., this center provides free services to pregnant individuals and families with children ages 0–18. The team includes therapists and community health workers who provide parent education and resource navigation, guided by an on-site program manager.
