The Southwest Santa Rosa Family Center has served the community since 2001. All services are provided at no cost to families. The center serves pregnant individuals and families with children ages 0-22, with a priority on those at risk for child abuse. Staff include therapists, parent educators, community health workers, parent mentors, and resource navigators, supported by on-site program managers. who provide supervision and oversight. 

The Southwest Santa Rosa FRC offers eight core services designed to support families. These include case management, community service referrals, and assistance navigating complex systems of care. Families can access behavorial health supports, parenting classes, and mentoring/coaching/leadership development classes for parents and caregivers. We provide perinatal mental health screening and distribution of food/diapers/basic needs to help stabilize families during times of hardship.
