Resource Assistance
Through referrals from Family, Youth, and Children, Resource Specialists at CPI provide two service types: Resource Assistance and Intensive Case Management.
Our Resource Assistance team provides short-term one on one assistance to parents linking them to resources such as food, housing, child care, employment, and public assistance.
Intensive Case Management provides long term support and engages families in developing and building connections to resources and a circle of supports that strengthens family well being and safety.
CPI’s Resource Specialists use a strength-based approach while working with families to provide goal-oriented and individualized supports focusing on improved self-sufficiency through assessment, planning, advocacy, coordination, and monitoring activities. The goal of our department is successful coordination resulting in families developing community relationships and building the tools towards improved self-efficiency.
