Imagine You Workshop - November 19th
Imagine You is a workshop for inner reflection. The workshop is an exercise for the wellbeing of the participants, teaching them tools they will use for themselves.

How to Ask What Matters Most - December 3rd
Asking someone “What matters most to you?” and honoring the answer, is a powerful tool for client engagement and personal wellbeing. Participants will learn how to ask this question of themselves and within the context of their own work.

Should Exercise - December 10th
In this lesson, trainees will learn to guide their clients through the Should Exercise as a method to reframe actions and motivations based on their clients’ own perspective and desires. This can decrease stress and increase the client’s connection to what matters most to them.

Small Steps - December 17th
Explain the habit cycle for building or maintaining habits, with an emphasis on the role of small steps and positive reinforcement in this process. Support trainees reframing their approach to habits from a focus on “acting” to honoring all the other work that is involved in habits.

S.T.O.P.P for Stress Management - January 7th
The S.T.O.P.P. Technique is a stress management tool. You can use it for just a few seconds to refocus your work, or you can use it with a client to frame a whole discussion around stress management.

Open Hands Activity - January 14th
Using a creative-arts and inquiry process for self-care and reflection, participants will explore what matters most to them. They will consider what they want to hold onto and what they want to let go of, comparing and contrasting these two aspects of their lives, and identifying a small step toward aligning more fully with what matters most.

Pausing Amidst Disaster - January 21st
