This 12-session group meets weekly on Monday evening and will explore anger arousal and effective strategies for managing anger. With the understanding that this strong emotion can be self-protective, but can also be harmful to others, we will explore different environments where anger arousal is activated such as the workplace, home - even in our cars. The curriculum is an evidence-informed SAMHSA workbook that can help reduce the conflicts arising from anger. No make ups after session 2, We may do a make up of class 1.
