These four classes explore the causes of anger in family relationships and common family anger examples while offering positive strategies for managing angry feelings. In this class, we will share tips to improve family communication and engender greater trust and cooperation among parents and children. We will introduce tools to manage our emotions and conflicts better. Parents will learn how to reframe and assess their own anger and model effective anger management strategies for children of all ages.
