The class Single and Parenting begins with a review of the additional stresses imposed on single parents. These stressors on single parents can complicate consistency and a sense of well-being. This class explores ways to control or minimize how these stressors determine our ability to parent a child. This class offers parents the skills and tools that benefit children and their development. We will review a brief section that promotes the use of co-parenting tools or at least eliminates destructive conflicts that may be unhelpful to children.
