Learning to Decrease Anger, 12 Session Workbook

This 12-session class meets weekly on Wednesday evenings and will explore anger arousal and present many different strategies for managing anger. With the understanding that this strong emotion can be self-protective, it can also be harmful to others. We will explore different environments where anger arousal is activated, such as the workplace, home - even in our cars. The curriculum is an evidence-informed SAMHSA workbook for parents that can help reduce the conflicts arising from anger. There will be no make-up classes after session four.
