Alameda Representative
Colette is Child Abuse Prevention Council Coordinator for the County of Alameda. She received her Master's Degree in Social Work at the University of California, Berkeley, with a focus on the disproportionate numbers of African American children involved with child welfare. She has worked as a Child Welfare Supervisor and a Child Abuse and Neglect Mandated Reporting trainer for several years in Alameda County and is Membership Secretary for the Bay Area Association of Black Social Workers.
