The goal of these 4 sessions is to become familiar with how stress affects you as an individual, and how your unique internal responses to stressful situations affect your relationships and your parenting. Through a series of evaluations and tools, it is hoped you will be able to devise a "stress plan" that can help eliminate or give personal control over the stressors that are barriers to your sense of well-being and successful parenting.
